This concern is a relatively new one on the B48 community and revolves about a recall within the B48 motor. BMW issued a complex service bulletin in April of 2022 outlining a most likely major problem with a coolant ventilation line to the cylinder head of many US-spec B48 engines.This is if you use ability for the motor in the opposite direction.
